Before 2010, I have plans to interview directors of "communications comissions" of different African nations which will be posted at http://www.didx.net/podcast. I met a few of them at ITW 2008 and ITEXPO East 2009 whom I have stayed in touch with. Right now, there is a discussion on LinkedIn about Zain's choice of Aircom to produce 2G and 3G in Nigeria.
