Elandia, a technology and telecom services firm in Fort Lauderdale, announced it will invest $25 million into Miami-based LatiNode Communications, a provider of voice-over Internet protocol communication services. The announcement was made Thursday, but further details of the investment were not released.
LatiNode is primarily focused on the international VoIP industry and global VoIP long distance communication. Stanford Group Co. advised Elandia on the transaction. More information is available at http://www.miamiherald.com/416/story/56784.html.
